Photo of the Month, April 2011

Hello everybody,

Like always, it’s officially Spring on the calendar but Mother Nature’s just a little slow on delivery.  Coming from Connecticut, I guess I always look forward to Spring.  The last time I enjoyed Winter was when I used to run to the radio and wait for the school closing announcements.

To kick off the season, I had the great opportunity of working with The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society this month at the Opening Ceremonies of the Philadelphia Flower Show.  I have always been a fan of the orchids and banzai trees!

Spring symbolizes new, refreshing, exciting things, and we’ve got some new and exciting things happening in our studio.  We have just launched a new website for our modeling clientele called Modeling Mini Camp.  It’s for all the hopeful models out there who are looking for an inexpensive yet thorough starter course. I have a make-up artist/ modeling instructor on staff who will go over all of the basics it takes to start a serious modeling career, and we add in my experience in working with models and what modeling agencies are looking for.

Thank you to all my clients who saw that last month I was talking about Valentine’s Day and yet we listed the picture as January’s Photo of the Month.  Oops!  Always love comments from colleagues and clients!

Safe travels to all of you who are getting ready to go on Spring Break, Summer break, or just hide from Spring Breakers!  Have a wonderful time, talk to you next month!
