Hello clients and friends!

So glad for your responses from last month.  Thank you for the feedback on our small font size, and it’s good to hear that I’m not the only parent who likes candy out of their kid’s trick-or-treating bag.

This is the season where people start to give thanks.  It’s very common for business people give thanks to the people who help keep their lights on: their clients.  Of course I thank those people, this would not be happening without them.

But this year I’d really like to thank the people who keep the engines running for my business.  The staff I have, whom most of you have met.  The postal worker who brings me the equipment I order online.  The Apple store employees who don’t mind me constantly coming in when I have computer problems.  Friends who let me simply vent when things get hectic.  Clients who understand when the occasional confusion arises.  And especially to the people who help me make my clients happy who will never be seen or heard from - you know who you are.  Just a basic Thank You for people who help keep everything moving forward in front of and in back of the camera.

Now we’re getting into the official holiday seasons.  Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, forgive me if I forget anything... may you celebrate all of the wonderful things happening at this time of year.  My favorite holiday is New Year’s Eve, mainly because it means the end of the year craziness is over and soon things will be back to normal.

So when you’re out there shopping this year, drive safely and keep an eye out for the other person driving while on his cell phone, checking his list instead of paying attention to the road.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving, eat as much as you want to, you can lose it next year!
